These terms apply to this website and to joining the Grovalen waitlist. By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to them.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create an account, purchase, or contract to buy or sell anything.
• Joining doesn't guarantee a spot, early access, or that Grovalen will launch in your area by any particular date.
• Any seller benefits we mention, such as founding-seller rates, will be set out in a separate seller agreement when we invite you to onboard. They apply only once that agreement is in place.

Your information

Please give accurate information, and only sign up yourself or a business you're authorized to represent. We may remove sign-ups that look automated, duplicated, or submitted on someone else's behalf. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to send spam, submit someone else's details, or interfere with how the site works, including with automated submissions.

Our content

The Grovalen name, logo, and the content on this site belong to Grovalen. Please don't use them without our permission.

No warranties

This site is provided “as is” while we prepare for launch. We may change, pause, or end the waitlist at any time. To the extent the law allows, Grovalen isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or joining the waitlist.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
